So where do you start with recommending broadband providers to tenants? Ideally, you don't. There are so many out there that it's not very easy to recommend your tenants towards a supplier for broadband, home phone or digital TV. Our digital services allows you to simply pass on the lead to us and we'll work on finding the supplier, whether it's broadband, home phone or digital TV and on many occasions, it could be a bundle of all 3!

For every digital sale that we make, we will pay you a commission plus you keep your integrity as you will know that our digital services will only offer your tenants a suitable broadband, home phone or digital TV package. The digital service is fully accredited to the Ofcom regulations and is 100% impartial.

This service is available to all of our energy and utility management customers and simply requires your tenant to tick a box on the utility arrangement form meaning no extra work for you, as ever, we'll do the rest.

Occasionally your landlords may want to have the property broadband ready for when tenants move in, this is no problem, we will happily help both tenants and landlords set up their broadband, home phone and / or digital TV suppliers.

A fantastic selling point to a tenant is if a property is already receiving a broadband connection and could well win you that let over a similar property without any connection.
